LEGAL TERMS OF THE DADA GIVEAWAY
1. ORGANIZER
This giveaway is organized by DADA BRAND S.L., with registered address at CALLE FUENSALIDA 7, 03293 PARTIDA PEÑA DE LAS AGUILAS, ELX/ELCHE (ALICANTE) and tax ID number B19899558, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer.”
2. PURPOSE OF THE GIVEAWAY
The giveaway aims to promote the DADA brand and reward the loyalty of its social media followers.
3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND PARTICIPANTS
All natural persons over the age of 18 with legal residence in Spain are eligible to participate.
4. START AND END DATES
The giveaway will start on August 13, 2025, and end on August 19, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. (CET – mainland Spain time).
Entries submitted after this period will not be accepted.
5. PRIZE
Three (3) pairs of DADA barefoot sneakers (Shibuya Aqua model) will be awarded, in the size chosen by each winner*, subject to stock availability.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
*If the requested size is unavailable, the Organizer will offer an alternative size or a model with similar characteristics.
6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate, users must:
Follow @dadabrand.co on Instagram. (If sharing the post, aso follow @rmotioncoach).
Like the giveaway post.
Comment by mentioning 2 people interested in health and fashion. (Each comment with valid mentions will count as an additional entry.)
Share the giveaway in their stories and tag the official account (optional but recommended).
7. WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT
Winners will be randomly selected from all participants who meet the conditions.
The announcement will be made on August 19, 2025, at 9:00 p.m. via stories on the official account and by direct message.
Winners will have 48 hours to respond and claim their prize. Otherwise, a new winner will be chosen.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Only entries that meet all the requirements set out in these terms will be considered valid.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove fraudulent entries (fake profiles, bots, or misuse).
Communication with winners will be carried out exclusively from the Organizer’s official account.
9. DATA PROTECTION
Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), solely for the purpose of managing participation in the giveaway and delivering prizes.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and other rights recognized by law by sending an email to orders@dadabrand.co.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify them if necessary, provided that the essence of the giveaway is not altered.
