1. ORDERS

1.1. How do I know if my order has been placed correctly?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

1.2. Can I modify or cancel my order after paying for it?

Yes, but only if it hasn't been processed yet. Please email us as soon as possible at orders@dadabrand.co with your order number.

1.3. When will I receive the tracking link?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a link to track it in real time.

1.4. What do I do if I don't receive the confirmation email?

Check your spam/promotions folder. If it's not there, contact us with your name and payment method at orders@dadabrand.co .

2. PRODUCTS

2.1. How do I choose the correct size?

Consult our Size Guide . If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one: the shoe has a wide fit and is designed for barefoot use.

2.2. Are your products barefoot?

Yes. All our shoes have a wide fit, zero drop, and a flexible sole to respect the natural biomechanics of the foot.

2.3. Can I use orthotic insoles with your shoes?

Yes, as long as they are thin and do not alter the flexibility of the shoe.

2.4. How should I care for my barefoot shoes?

Hand wash them with cold water and mild soap. Do not use a washing machine or dryer, as this may damage the materials.

2.5. What do I do if I receive a defective product?

Contact us at orders@dadabrand.co with photos and your order number. We'll resolve it at no cost to you.

3. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

3.1. What is the deadline for exchanges or returns?

You have 30 calendar days from delivery, provided the product is unused and in perfect condition.

3.2. Is there a cost for changing sizes?

In eligible countries, the first size exchange is free .

3.3. How much does a return cost?
  • Peninsular Spain: €5
  • Other EU countries: actual transport cost (approx. €5-15)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.4. How do I manage a return or exchange?
  1. Enter the exchanges and returns portal (top menu).
  2. Enter your order number and postal code.
  3. You will receive a return label by email within 24 hours.
  4. Deliver the package to the indicated carrier.
  5. We will process the refund or exchange as soon as it arrives at the warehouse.
3.5. Do you accept returns from outside the EU?

No, we only make refunds within the European Union and included tax zones.


4. SHIPPING AND GUARANTEES

4.1. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Spain, Portugal, Europe, and selected countries outside the EU. See the full list at checkout.

4.2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  • Peninsular Spain: 24h
  • Balearic Islands: 48-72h
  • Europe: 48-96 hours depending on the country
  • Other countries: 3-5 days

The time is counted from when your order is processed (24-48h).

4.3. Is there a shipping cost?

Spain and Portugal: Free shipping on orders over €75

Other destinations: calculated at checkout.

4.4. Can I have extra expenses such as customs or taxes?

Yes, for orders outside the EU. These costs are not controlled by DADA BRAND and are borne by the customer.

4.5. What warranty do the products have?

All our products come with a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with European Union regulations.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or failure to maintain according to care instructions.
