1. ORDERS

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a link to track it in real time.

2. PRODUCTS
Consult our Size Guide . If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one: the shoe has a wide fit and is designed for barefoot use.
Yes. All our shoes have a wide fit, zero drop, and a flexible sole to respect the natural biomechanics of the foot.
Yes, as long as they are thin and do not alter the flexibility of the shoe.
Hand wash them with cold water and mild soap. Do not use a washing machine or dryer, as this may damage the materials.

3. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days from delivery, provided the product is unused and in perfect condition.
In eligible countries, the first size exchange is free .
- Peninsular Spain: €5
- Other EU countries: actual transport cost (approx. €5-15)
DADA BRAND error: free
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Enter the exchanges and returns portal (top menu).
- Enter your order number and postal code.
- You will receive a return label by email within 24 hours.
- Deliver the package to the indicated carrier.
- We will process the refund or exchange as soon as it arrives at the warehouse.
No, we only make refunds within the European Union and included tax zones.
4. SHIPPING AND GUARANTEES
We ship to Spain, Portugal, Europe, and selected countries outside the EU. See the full list at checkout.
- Peninsular Spain: 24h
- Balearic Islands: 48-72h
- Europe: 48-96 hours depending on the country
- Other countries: 3-5 days
The time is counted from when your order is processed (24-48h).
Spain and Portugal: Free shipping on orders over €75
Other destinations: calculated at checkout.
Yes, for orders outside the EU. These costs are not controlled by DADA BRAND and are borne by the customer.
All our products come with a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with European Union regulations.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or failure to maintain according to care instructions.
