Delivery times may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. The times detailed refer to once the order has been processed. In cases of delivery delays due to stock unavailability, the website administrator will inform its users/customers as soon as they become aware of it.
The website administrator will not be responsible for delivery errors when the address entered by the customer in the order registration form is incorrect or lacks information from the user/customer.
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment the order is made available to the user/customer, which is materialized through the tracking system used by the courier company that transports the order. Delays in delivery will not be considered in cases where the order has been made available to the user/customer within the timeframe, but could not be delivered due to reasons attributable to the user/customer.
- UNDELIVERED AND LOST PRODUCTS
If the user/customer is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a delivery receipt indicating how to proceed to collect the order.
The website administrator contracts a courier company and other systems as part of the order delivery service to ensure that the delivery takes place.
If, after 5 business days following the order's dispatch, the delivery has not been scheduled, the user/customer must contact the website administrator and report the potential issue.
If the user/customer does not proceed in this manner, after the business days stipulated by the couriers for delivery from the order's dispatch, the order will be returned, and the user/customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any associated management costs.
If the reason for the undelivered order is its loss, DADA BRAND, S.L will initiate an investigation that will delay the delivery of the order, a circumstance that the website administrator will resolve with the customer.
- DILIGENCE IN ORDER DELIVERY
The user/customer must check the good condition of the order in front of the courier who delivers the requested order on behalf of the website administrator.
If afterwards, once the user/customer reviews the products, they detect any issue such as signs of tampering or any damage caused during shipping, they commit to communicate it as soon as possible to the website administrator at the email: orders@dadabrand.co.
