Refund policy

  1. RETURN

The customer must return or deliver the product directly to DADA BRAND SL through the returns section within the customer account, and in any case within a maximum period of thirty calendar days from the date of purchase. The return period will be considered fulfilled if the customer returns the product before the expiration of this period.

The website administrator will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

  • The product must be in the same condition it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
  • The shipment must be made using the same packaging in which it was received to protect the product.
  • In the event that the user/customer cannot use the original packaging, they must return it in protective packaging to ensure that the product arrives to the website administrator with the highest possible guarantees for review.
  • A copy of the delivery note or invoice issued must be included within the packaging, explaining the reason for the return.
  • If the reason for the return is attributable to the website administrator (the product is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, not what was ordered, etc.), the amount of the return will be refunded in accordance with Article 107.1 of Law 3/2014. If the reason is different, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the user/customer.

Return of Defective Products

If the product is not in good condition due to reasons not attributable to the customer, they have the right to return the product, notifying DADA BRAND SL of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in these terms and conditions, at no cost to the customer. Returns for defective or damaged products will not be considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

DADA BRAND SL commits to cover the return shipping costs and to replace the product with a new one under the terms accepted at the time of sale.

Returns from countries outside the EU, islands outside the EU, and VAT areas outside the EU will not be accepted.

If the customer wishes to file a complaint, they can send it to orders@dadabrand.co.

  1. REFUND

The website administrator will process the return of the order amount using the same system that was used for payment. The application of the refund to the user/customer's account or card will depend on the payment system and the issuing bank, in accordance with Articles 107.1 and 108 of Law 3/2014.
